Our Programs

LEAD

LEAD Program

LEAD empowers university students in North Lebanon as advocates for youth rights, influencing decision-makers and stakeholders. Implemented in partnership with OXFAM Lebanon, it includes 6-day intensive training and a 3-day ToT session, impacting 70 students with leadership and advocacy skills, and 25 students with advanced ToT skills.

STEPS TO HEALING

Peacebuilding
& Leadership Program

This program targets Lebanese University students aged 17-24, offering intensive training on peacebuilding and leadership over a period of 4 months. Participants enhanced their soft skills and expanded their knowledge on violence, conflict, inequalities, gender-based violence.
Implemented with Teach For Lebanon and supported by the U.S. Embassy in Beirut, this program led to 100 trained students, 20+ launched community projects, and a 90% increase in leadership and peace-building knowledge.

SSS Program

TRIPLE S Program

The Triples S Program is focused on empowering youth by addressing gender-based violence through comprehensive training sessions. In 2024, this program trained 50 young individuals, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to combat and raise awareness about gender-based violence in their communities.

Global Incubation Workshop

We are thrilled to announce that the Brightful Team had the incredible opportunity to participate in the prestigious Global Incubation Workshop organized by UNICEF Jordan and Generation Unlimited. The workshop took place in the vibrant city of Amman, Jordan, from September 10th to 14th, 2023.
This global gathering brought together visionary leaders, change-makers, and innovative organizations from around the world. Our team engaged in dynamic discussions, collaborative sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities aimed at advancing youth empowerment, peacebuilding, and gender equality. We had the privilege of meeting inspiring individuals who are making a tangible impact in their communities. Through meaningful exchanges and networking, we gained valuable insights and forged partnerships with like-minded organizations, further strengthening our commitment to driving positive change.
The Global Incubation Workshop has served as a catalyst for innovation and growth within Brightful.

The experiences and knowledge acquired during this event have energized our team, fueling us with fresh ideas and strategies to enhance our programs and initiatives.
